PROCUREMENT FOR MANUFACTURING AND SUPPLY OF 4 LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS (LNG) STORAGE AND SUPPLY SYSTEMS FOR RAILWAY (DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE) APPLICATION
Currently, DiGas is executing a Horizon 2020 project No. 784620 „Novel dual-fuel system for modernization of air-polluting diesel locomotives to clean and efficient gas operation — NYSMART”. The project is set to finish on April 30, 2021. To ensure a successful implementation of the project, 4 (four) Liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage and supply systems with approximate volume 1000l each for railway application must the provided. The 4 LNG tanks and supply systems will be used on a General Electric mainline locomotive to provide the gas storage and supply for the converted dual-fuel locomotive.
To determine the most economically advantageous tender offer, DiGas has launched a market study and invites applicants to participate and submit their offers until December 21, 2020, at 17:00. The offers shall be composedd according to the technical specification as outlined in the link below.
